American Wood Dryers All-Aluminum kilns are famous the world over for their quality and efficiency. With hundreds of kilns in operation in 19 countries on four continents and four islands they are one of the largest manufacturers of dry kilns.

These dry kilns feature all aluminum structural framework to ensure years of maintenance free operation. R-20 insulated heavy gauge alcad aluminum or stainless steel panels using a unique thermal barrier design minimize both building heat losses and condensation inside the kilns.

Track loaded kilns are available in widths from 16 feet to 40 feet and lengths up to 120 feet in both single and double track configurations with multiple heating zones as needed. External motor drives with extended shafts are furnished for high temperature applications. Heating systems can be high or low pressure steam or hot water, thermal oil, or direct fired.

Package (direct forklift) loaded kilns are available in widths from 16 feet to 48 feet and depths up to 40 feet, with swing away booster coils and two zone control when needed.

These kilns feature unique power ventilated double roof systems to encourage efficient evaporation of any moisture which might accumulate. Stainless steel inner ceilings are furnished for maximum corrosion resistance. Single leaf doors are furnished up to 46 feet wide by 23 feet high, with electrically operated hydraulic door lifters.
